Saugt gut auf Teppichboden, auf Hartboden befriedigend. Die Faseraufnahme auf Teppichboden ist gut, die Tierhaaraufnahme nur ausreichend. Befriedigende Handhabung, das Leeren der Staubbox ist aber unhygienisch. Nur mechanische Saugkraftregulierung, kurzes Netzkabel. Keine Aufbewahrungsmöglichkeit für Zubehör-Düsen. Sowohl auf Teppich als auch auf Hartboden laut.

Der AEG VX9-2-Öko ist ein rundum guter Staubsauger und zeigt abermals, dass die Saugerwelt nicht nur Siemens, Bosch oder Miele gehört. Das Gerät zählt zwar nicht gerade zu den günstigsten, ist den Preis aber auch wert.
