The AK-C4400 is a high-quality, reliable PC keyboard designed in a notebook style. Due to its ability to be cleaned and disinfected, it is particularly suitable for use in hospitals, medical practices, microbiological laboratories, as well as in industrial and administrative applications. The silicone membrane protects the key field from dirt and liquid ingress. With its light key actuation and precise key guidance, the AK-C4400 is highly recommended for use in hygiene-critical environments.

The AK-C4400 offers the following advantages for cleaning and disinfection:

  • Thorough wipe disinfection of the key field and keyboard
  • Silicone key membrane with a flat key profile and closed, gap-free surface
  • CleanFunction to deactivate the key field during cleaning (FN + Clean on/off)
  • Removable key membrane for separate processing (RDG, steam sterilization)
  • Protection class IP68 for immersion cleaning and machine processing (optional)
  • Fully sealed touchpad with integrated mouse buttons
  • Illuminated key field for use in dark environments (optional)
  • Cleaning and disinfection according to DGHM/VAH guidelines.
