Active Key AK-C7000

The Active Key AK-C7000F is a hygiene keyboard suitable for clinical wipe disinfection. This makes it particularly well-suited for use in hospitals, medical practices, and laboratories. Thanks to the Clean function, the keys can be deactivated to prevent accidental inputs during disinfection while in operation. This fully sealed version, rated IP68, is suitable for immersion cleaning and machine processing.

The sealed silicone membrane with a flat key profile protects against the ingress and accumulation of dirt and liquids. There are no cavities where contaminants that accelerate germ growth could accumulate. The spread of germs and recontamination due to leaking dirty cleaning fluid is also excluded.

This medical keyboard has been specifically designed for use in hygiene-critical environments, such as medical practices or hospitals, but also in laboratories or food processing. Medical keyboards are generally fully sealed against water and dust and can be washed and disinfected.

The classic connection option: This input device connects to your computer via a USB cable and is powered through it. Just plug it in and get started - the Plug&Play convenience makes it possible. Empty batteries or signal interference due to obstacles will never be a problem with this type of connection.
