High reliability, proven by extended warranty, is the focus of the HWS series in the power range from 15 watts to 1500 watts. With efficiencies of up to 90% and excellent power density, the convection-cooled devices up to 150 watts can still be integrated into 1U housings. The devices with 300 W and 600 W output power are cooled by built-in fans and manage with 2 RU. Under the designation HWS-P, devices with triple overload capability are available in the 300 W and 600 W power class, especially for starting motors. The range of output voltages extends from 5V to 48V, each adjustable via a potentiometer in the range of +/- 20%. The devices meet the specifications of SEMI F47 with regard to voltage dips of the supply, a standard of the semiconductor industry.
