TF65 are economical electromechanical motor protection devices for currents up to 67 A. In the event of overload, they provide reliable thermal protection for the connected motors. TF65 are typically mounted on contactors AF40 to AF65, but can also be installed separately on DIN rails. When the motor current set on the current scale is exceeded, the relays trip via bimetallic elements, switching the state of the two auxiliary contacts 1S/1Ö. This deactivates a pre-connected contactor. The relays allow for manual or automatic reset, feature test and stop functions, and have a triggered indicator. The current scale of the devices is sealable. Accessories such as reset buttons and auxiliary contacts complete the range. TF65 have a tripping class of 10, are temperature-compensated, sensitive to phase failure, and have ATEX certification.
