The E297 installation relays are electromagnetically operated small relays with a width of 18 mm (1 module unit). These installation relays can be used to design a reliable consumer control system. Typically, the installation relays are used with a control switch (maintained contact) in applications where, for example, lighting, air conditioning, a fan, or similar devices need to be controlled. The device remains in the ON position as long as the control voltage is applied to the coil. If the control voltage is interrupted, the installation relay always returns to the rest position (OFF position). Thanks to their optimal switching capacity, they are also suitable for applications in industrial environments and in situations where it is necessary to maintain control over more powerful consumers (such as multiple lighting groups). The use of an optimized coil (low power loss = lower operating temperature) ensures trouble-free and safe operation.
