ABB Stotz S&J RCD/MCB Switch DS201A-B10/0.01: additional details
RCD/MCB switches (RCBOs) provide protection for persons and property as well as protection against electrically ignited fires according to DIN VDE 0100-410 and DIN VDE 0100-530. They ensure protection of single-phase circuits against overload and short-circuit currents, protection against sinusoidal alternating currents and pulsating currents with a smooth DC fault current component of up to 6 mA against earth. They also provide fault protection (protection against indirect contact), additional protection (with I?n = 30 mA), and fire protection (with I?n = 300 mA). They comply with product standards IEC/EN 61009-1 (VDE 0664-20), IEC/EN 61009-2-1 (VDE 0664-21). Applications include household, commercial, and industrial uses. The extensive range of accessories provides everything you need for your installation tasks. Numerous approvals make the DS201 suitable for worldwide use. Rated breaking capacity according to IEC/EN 61009 Icn = 6 kA. RCBO DS201 A Type A is 1-pole protected (MCB), 2-pole switching.
