The maximum aperture of T2.9 allows for smooth, soft bokeh with gentle, naturally rendered out-of-focus points, while the minimum aperture of T16 reduces artifacts that can occur with a too-small aperture. The 270° focus range enables extremely precise focusing, and the lens has 0.8 MOD lens gears for focus and aperture that meet cine standards.
