The 3M repair sleeve type HDCW is designed for quick and secure repairs of damaged cable sheaths. The sleeve is placed around the damaged area and closed with the metal strip. The inside is coated with a hot-melt adhesive that extrudes laterally when shrunk, providing a waterproof seal on all plastic and metal sheaths. It is suitable for low and medium voltage cables.
