Together with a conventional mouse, the SpaceNavigator enables a two-handed and synchronized workflow. One hand operates the SpaceNavigator to position a model or navigate in virtual environments, while the other hand uses the mouse for selecting and editing. This two-handed approach saves clicks and time.

The heart of every 3Dconnexion mouse is the 3DxCap. By gently pressing, pulling, pushing, rotating, or tilting this central control element, models or camera views can be rotated, panned, and zoomed in on. Increasing the pressure on the cap accelerates movement, while decreasing the pressure allows for precise alignment of objects.
