19 inch laboratory power supply unit, adjustable

The 750 Watt Genesys Half Size is a powerful, ultra-flat laboratory power supply. These devices have no air vents on the top or bottom, allowing them to actually fit into just 1U of rack space.

Output voltages up to 600 V and output currents up to 100 A (depending on the model) can be set directly on the device or remotely via the built-in RS232/RS485 interface. All important functions can also be programmed through analog inputs (with control voltages of 0-5 V/0-10 V or via an external resistor). High-resolution 16-bit A/D and D/A converters enable very precise adjustment and programming. The settings using the controls on the device (encoder) can be switched between coarse and fine adjustment.

Digital displays show the current values as well as various status information (including overload protection, undervoltage limit, address settings), and a monitor output provides corresponding analog voltages (0-5 V or 0-10 V) for external monitoring. Of course, the device can be operated as both a constant voltage and a constant current source, with automatic crossover between these modes. Multiple devices can be connected in series or parallel. The GENESYS series is suitable for 19" rack mounting (for Half Size models, the following accessory is required: Rack Mount Kit).
