I'm currently with salt but have rather bad experience with them on customer service. I would say 1 out 4 issues were resolved the way I would expect it to be resolved and customer oriented treatment . Last issue finished me off and I had to face additional expenses.
So, I wonder what are the people view on digitec mobile in terms of customer service? Certainly, I would very much appreciate any view on any other MVNO in Switzerland.

I have had no broadband reception since Friday (26/01/2024). When I checked the device, it said that there was a problem with an update. I had to reset the Nighthawk to the factory settings. But the IP was then set to 192.168.1.1, I'm not quite sure but I thought the IP was 10.0.0.1 and the subnet addr: 255.255.0.0. But even with this setting I still get no network. What is wrong and what are the correct settings?
we have a digitec contract with phone number: this number doesn't register to the mobile network. The bill is already paid so not sure what is the cause of this. If anyone can please help me with this? I can't find a customer support number to call and find out what is the issue with this company phone.

I would like to follow a 3-hour series of lectures via laptop, LTE stick and suitable data SIM, which is taking place in CH, from France mobile. Does anyone know how to do this?
Is it at all possible to follow an event visually and acoustically via the mobile internet, which I would like to log into via a link, with a data SIM solution? I switched from Swisscom to Galaxus Mobile after more than 20 years. The reason? Price...very simple.
Now, after just under 1 month....am somehow extremely dissatisfied.
The reception is extremely, really extremely bad. Where I used to have reception of 5 bars (I live in the city of ZH), I now have just under 1 bar.
This continues....even at the railway station. Yesterday I wanted to send something via WhatsApp...didn't work, had to go back up so I could send the photo.
I understand that I get what I pay for, but it's so bad???

I've had this plan for 1 month and since then I've had reception problems and can't talk to anyone without interruption, whereas before I never had any problems with Swisscom. I advise you all to keep your hands off this toy subscription! I often have no bars for telephony and only H reception. Insta on the road impossible. Sometimes even photos on Whatsapp are already impossible. I'd rather pay a bit more and then I can use my mobile... this plan is really not for young people! Sorry,.I am more than just disappointed. The support could not help me, I have now cancelled!
Hello digitec, currently your IoT Digitec SIM cards are less IoT and more Data Only SIMs.
Why are you marketing them alienated from their purpose?
I activated my SIM without you specifically stating it and found that it is completely unusable for IoT.
You do not currently support any of the typical IoT standards such as NB-IoT CAT-NB or LTE-M / CAT-M.
However, I could only know this after the SIM was purchased, activated and then did not work. I found what I was looking for in the FAQ on the Digital Republic website. If IoT as a name marketing technically brings you the customers, then please clearly distinguish it in the product description and say what it can not do although the product title suggests it.
Do you have SIM cards that support real IoT standards?

Digitec Connect Support and the manufacturer of the mobile phone don't know what to do, but it worked with the previous provider (Sunrise).
The initial situation is as follows: The call waiting function is activated, an outgoing call is already active.

Real event: The caller is forwarded to the mailbox, I do not receive an SMS about the "missed call".

Simply register at connect.digitec.ch. In the registration process, we will ask you if you want a subscription with a new phone number or if you want to keep your current phone number. If you want to keep your current number, we will initiate the cancellation of your subscription with your current provider and organise the number porting.
