Hi, I've just bought one and sent it back, but after 3 days the number buttons don't work any more. Have other people had the same problem? Is it the model that is of poor quality or have I been sold a phone that is not new?

I have an idea for a filter search for smartphones. I am looking for a foldable smartphone that is fully functional on the small display. Unfortunately, the search for foldable smartphones is very cumbersome as there is no filter function.

I want to replace my smartphone, this one has a USB-C 3.1 interface and I can transfer data quite fast (faster than 480mbps) from mobile to PC via cable. Now I see that so many mobiles in my price range around 450 all have USB 2.0 (Samsung A series). Only the more expensive models have USB 3.x USB 2.0 was released in the year 2000. So is it really the case that if I want to back up the internal memory of 256 GB, I'll be stone cold (480mbps is the maximum theoretical value). Have I misunderstood something? Aren't you annoyed that whenever you want to copy something down (e.g. photos after the holidays) or copy music onto it, it takes ages? Merci

Halo On 12.04 I ordered HTC one M8, after 5 days it was written in my order "pick up tomorrow at 13:30 h.". Two days was status so, in day 3 I have tel.as always in tel very nice, but I bekkome then an email mobile phone is no longer available although in website we could order after all. I am a long time customer of digitec but this is absolutely not correct and not fer.

Hello everyone, I'm looking for a new mobile phone and don't want to spend more than 150 francs. There are so many options on the market that it's hard to find the right model. Can you give me some recommendations? Which mobiles offer the best value for money under 150 francs? I'm interested in a device with good battery life, a solid camera and smooth performance for everyday use. It should also have a reliable operating system. Thanks for your help!

In view of the 3G switch-off (Sunrise 10.6.25, Swisscom end of 25), not only 4G (=data), but also VoLTE (telephoning via LTE) should be selectable for mobile phones in the filter for mobile standard. You cannot make calls with 4G without VoLTE, and some mobiles can only transmit data via 4G!

I bought a nexus 5 on 30.04.2014, the last automatic security update was on 05.10.2016. How long are the security updates for mobile phones delivered ? Do I have to buy a new smartphone every 2.5 or 3 years for the software to be updated. Apart from the battery not lasting as long, the Nexus 5 still works, but has also had strange behaviour from the phone (do I have a security problem ?). My question: Is there any smartphone or smartphone manufacturer that provides security updates for more than 3 years ? Or will I buy a throw-away mobile phone for 800.- Fr next time? (for 3 years)

Hello, I can no longer see the Europe energy labels, which have been compulsory since July 2025. It seems to me that they appeared for a while but this is no longer the case. Are they being integrated? I would find it very interesting to be able to filter through the different criteria on this label and to be able to clearly see the elements on the product sheet.

Hello everyone 👋 I'm looking for a new smartphone for use in the mountains (hiking, navigation, tracking with a Garmin watch). What is important to me: * Battery life * Good GPS (for map and tracking apps) * Compact (no bigger than Fairphone 4) * eSIM support * Robust design (does not have to be waterproof) * Good, but not high-end camera My current Fairphone 4 often got very hot when using GPS, which led to the battery draining very quickly - a safety risk when travelling. My trust in Fairphone has been somewhat damaged as a result, but if the FP5 does a much better job, I would be open to it again. Devices I have my eye on: 1. fairphone 5 2. the Asus Zenfone 10 3. Samsung Xcover 6 Pro 4. Nokia XR21 Does anyone know any of these devices in practice and how they perform in relation to my needs? Or is there a hidden gem that I should definitely consider? While its cost can put off many people, from the first reviews, the 2025 flagship smartphone from Sony seems to check most of my boxes: SD card, high quality DAC jack, good size, screen not interrupted by a camera, no nonsense AI, clean UI, Sony cameras of course, front facing speakers, etc. When will it be sold here?

Does anyone here have a reliable mobile phone holder? Willing to pay for quality. I'm thinking of mounting it on the dash/small window next to the driver's mirror, but am happy with the air vent mounts.

Greetings! I've had an iPhone 16 Pro Max for about a week now, bought from Digitec. Unfortunately, I noticed a few days ago that one of the two volume buttons is slightly lower than the other. It is noticeable and also visually visible, albeit only very slightly. Now I don't know what to do. To be honest, I don't want to accept it for the price I paid. At the same time, I don't have the box anymore, as I didn't expect such "damage" and admittedly always throw away the boxes. I should probably change that, by the way. The iPhone itself is immaculate and has been in a case and fitted with armoured glass since day 1. Can I take the iPhone to a Digitec store and have it replaced?
