Are these headphones suitable for sports (e.g. jogging)?

Have been wearing these headphones for 2 weeks and had to sprint onto a tram/bus a few times. If you put on the matching earphones (i.e. the attachments) and the matching earpieces (also supplied in 2 sizes), they should hold up well when jogging.
