Question about Xiaomi Redmi 5 Plus

The Redmi 5 (not Plus) that I just received does have Band 20. Note: There is an International version with Global ROM (without band 20) and a Global version. Digitec has dutifully delivered the Global Version :)

The global version of the "big" version is brand new. According to Aliexpress, however, it is already in the China stocks - and if you believe their statement, volume 20 is supported:
