Does the Google Home do well with switching on and off, would like to connect it to a timer so that it only runs during the day, just don't know if it then no longer connects to the internet or other problems arise, `has anyone already tested this?

Works perfectly. But I would not switch it off because of the alarm clock function alone.

It should work without any problems. It works fine with Alexa, I can test it at home with the Google Home. I'll get back to you ;)
