Can the clamped tablet also be directed so that a shot can be taken vertically from above (e.g. above a table).
You can point the tablet parallel to the floor and thus take photos with the camera on the back facing downwards. With an iPad Pro 12.9", an area of 60 x 70 cm can be photographed on a table when the tripod is fully extended.
At a glance, I would say no. It is possible to align the bracket downwards, but not in the way you probably imagine.
