Question about LG 43uh603v

From the User Guide for this model:
It is recommended that you use a USB hub or hard disk drive with a power supply. (If the power supplied is not sufficient, the USB storage device may not be detected properly.)

Unfortunately neither the producer nor us has tried this out. So we can't guarantee that it works.
