i bought the s21 in the promo (earbuds), samsung does not recognise the registration with the digitec invoice because the invoice date is 29.1. (order date is fully within the promo 15.1. even delivery date is within the promo with 28.1.), honestly do not understand what the problem of samsung with the invoice is and why they are resisting here, because actually everything is clear. do other customers have the problem too? can you help me?

Was the exact same with me; if Samsung's representative sees a possibility (no matter if it realistically exists or not) they refuse to fulfil the promo action and trust that no one will take legal action....
I didn't have any problems either, the goods were also shipped a few days ago. Try contacting Samsung support.
