Are there any restrictions in Switzerland with this smartphone "Samsung Galaxy XCover 4 EU"? Is it possible to make phone calls with "Skype for Business"?

I have had it for 2 years and have not noticed any limitations. IP telephony works well. However, I have not tried Skype for Business.
