According to the operating instructions, the light switch for dimming only works with the following procedure:
Dimming with the light switch:
When the light switch is on, the dimmer run is started by switching it off quickly. The dimmer run is stopped by switching it off again quickly. The desired brightness is now maintained each time the light is switched on again.
In other words, dimming works by pressing the switch several times, not by turning a classic dimmer slater.
