Question about MSI GeForce RTX 2070S GAMING X TRIO

One guy is selling his used 2070s for 1.3k chf and doesn't even have the original box. If that's not usury with criminal energy, then I don't know what is. This offer is illegal and should be removed by Digitec as soon as possible. This is almost malicious and says a lot about the character of this person.
