Does the watch have the ability to measure heart rate continuously throughout the day?
Yes, it has that and it is very easy to activate. But what I find a pity is that the graph with the data can only be limited to a whole day. I would like to see over an hour or so but that is a software detail.
Battery doesn't take it massively either. I have over 50% every night. During sports activities it measures continuously anyway.
