1. Blue Dynamic E11: are the shipping costs included in the price of Fr. 149.00? If no, cost. 2. can the old Bttr. be disposed of in one of your branches? Cost?

I disposed of the old battery free of charge at the Landi. I simply asked the customer service where I could hand in the old battery.
