Once again 5G doesn't work out of the box. Besides, at the moment it's no longer possible to use QPST program to make it work (incompatible with Oxygen 11). Of course my rating is very harsh since the device is excellent, but I do want to warn other customers for whom 5G is important.
PS : I was able to make it work, will add a link to a video tomorrow.
Which operator do you have ? If you are in the location Jura this is normal.. ^^'
Je suis chez Sunrise et j'habite Lausanne. J'ai réussi à modifier le fichier carrier policy et ça fonctionne maintenant.
I can confirm, also no 5G available. Already talked to Swisscom, 5G is enabled and a new SIM card was activated, but still no 5G in preferred networks selection. I'm writing an e-mail to OnePlus, if there is really no 5G support because they didn't enable it on all devices for global market, then I'll return the device.

Hi @Bmorvaj, yes I did. Here the answer from one of the supporters: "We'll definitely work on the issue reported and we'll do our best to help you.". I had to provide some system logs which I did today, so now I'm waiting for an feedback..
OnePlus support update: The development is aware of this issue. Unfortunately the 5G is not yet been enabled with a lot of carrier's in several countries. The team is actually working to fix this issue as soon as possible. Meanwhile, we appreciate your patience and effort so far.
