With the Type Cover, you can transform your Microsoft Surface Pro into a fully functional laptop. It adds a fully operational keyboard in Swiss layout, complete with function keys F1 to F12, a trackpad, a right-click button, and media keys. When you close the cover, your tablet's display automatically turns off to save power. Thanks to an integrated fingerprint scanner, you have the option to use Windows Hello. All your login credentials are stored in Microsoft Passport, making it easy to authenticate with services like purchasing apps in the Windows Store, Outlook, SharePoint, and much more using your fingerprint.
