Good desk overall
I bought this desk for my home setup and after installation I encountered Error 02. Manual gives you 0 info if you have this problem, just some basic steps like reset but that doesn't work. When I hold the "UP" button desk is going up for 2-4 cm and after that it stops and drops 1-2 cm, the display shows E02. I'm stuck with this error and nobody is answering my emails regarding this problem.

I found walkaround for this. Long press (3-4s) "S", after a while it should start blinking displaing "S - -", then accept it pressing "S". Then you have options like "un" (units), "br" (brightness) and "CF". Using arrows select "CF" and press "S". Then using arrows find "OFF" and accept pressing "S"... And after a while it should work like a charm!
After i attached the control module to the desk I no longer get error 02. It must stay parallel with the ground,any tilt/misalignment will trigger this error. Hope it solves your issue.
