Galaxus does not allow return!
I received the product last week and after opening the box and trying it first time I realized that this kind of earbuds are not for me (don't like a feeling of passive noise cancellation when having earbuds in the ears). I don't think it is a problem of this, probably all other earbuds would be the same for me.
I was surprised to find out that this cannot be returned AT ALL -- apparently Galaxus has them in the same category as a toothbrush, which I consider very strange.
I did not notice it before. If they communicated No Return Policy clearly I would never buy it online here. I was used from the past from other products bought here that they can be returned, especially as it is as new.
Soory, aber ich will auch keine gebrauchten in ears als Ware kaufen, deshalb ist die Weigerung einer Rücknahme für mich die richtige Entscheidung. Die Dinger steckenbja immerhin in einer Körperöffnung
