Amd 5900x

If you are using this with a 5900x you will need to flash the bios. You can do it before installing the cpu and the bios file has to be renamed MSI.ROM all caps for it to work. Hopefully that saves you some time.

    and must have a 2.0 under 8G USB. otherwise does not work .

    As of 15.05.21, this is no longer necessary; the current batches should already contain the latest BIOS. It is signalled with a "sticker" that it is suitable for Ryzen 5xxx.
