Product details
Charge your smartphone wirelessly using the Qi standard.
With the wireless charging dock, you no longer need to plug a cable into your smartphone to charge it. Simply place your phone in the charging pocket on the dock, and it will start charging automatically. Qi is the standard technology for wirelessly charging smartphones and is used by major brands like Apple, Samsung, Motorola, LG, and many others. You can quickly find out if your smartphone is Qi-compatible on the manufacturer's website or online. Wireless charging works because the charger emits a small electromagnetic field. Once the phone is placed within the charger’s magnetic field, it absorbs energy from the charger, and the battery begins to charge.
Made from FSC bamboo.
The Walter Wallet Dock is made from FSC bamboo. Bamboo is a fast-growing plant that reaches maturity in five years. In comparison, other types of wood take 30 to 120 years to grow to the same size. After harvesting a bamboo plant, four to seven new plants grow from its roots without the need for replanting. Bamboo is known for its hard surface, making it a robust and durable material. Despite its hardness, it is very easy to work with, which is why the compartments in the bamboo dock are so beautifully rounded.
