  Comes without adapter!

  The product came without adapter! When I then received the adapter on request, the product of course did not work!!!
  So send back (with adapter), received new product, but AGAIN WITHOUT ADAPTER!!!
  Now they send me an adapter again!
  In the chat they told me that a mistake happened when packing! Just something funny that I have received the product twice without adapter.
  Here the customers are clearly exploited!
  Many customers do not know that the supplier is obliged to send an adapter.
  I do not find ok Galaxus! more
