After a very good experience and zero problems during approx. 6 years and approx. 30,000 coffees, we replaced our old Saeco Royal Office. The first choice was immediately the same model again.
The delivery time and the price were absolutely top. Great service with the link to the package tracking.
The operating instructions are very easy to understand and a CH power adapter was also supplied.

Once again, we have developed a tried and tested ...
Once again, we have purchased a Saeco Royal Office coffee machine from Galaxus. A very good choice for smaller offices. The machine does not have a frother, but the hot water for tea is of impeccable quality.
The time from order to delivery was acceptable.
The CH plug was also missing. (cf. previous rating) But we received an adapter for it free of charge after requesting it by email. The German language of the machine did not cause us any problems and it is easy to change over. Saeco has operating instructions available on the internet in various languages for downloading!
Conclusion: Machine top - Galaxus acceptable, unrivalled price, but the reaction times and care with the plugs could be better.

On the upside: the quality of the coffee is good. ...
On the upside: the quality of the coffee is good. And it's practical in the sense that it has a large water tank and reservoir for the beans. In this sense, it is well suited for a small (5-10 people) office. On the downside: the machine was pre-programmed in German; the settings where extremely hard to find and change; and worse of all, it came with a non-Swiss (but French) power plug, which means that one has to use an adapter while the instructions note that the warranty will not apply in case one uses an adapter.
I can highly recommend
Ideal coffee machine for the office, reliable and robust. We make about 800 coffees a week and it is cleaned thoroughly once a week. This is the 4th machine and each one has held up to 50'000 or more coffees without a problem.
