Degraded service from MIELE, I wouldn't recommend this brand, catastrophic after-sales service.
A fault gives rise to an after-sales service.
1.5 years later, still no response from Miele. You call them 20 times, you're told that the case is ongoing, but that the employees don't know any more: "Sir, why don't you call the complaints department, I've done my job by registering your complaint"; "Could you give me the number?"; "No, I don't have a number, I can't do anything for you".
It was probably a great brand a few years ago, but I highly recommend SIEMENS, much more reliable according to the positive experiences of those around me.

Wonderful Machine - Worthwhile Investment
Fantastic machine worth every cent. Loses a star for lacking a childcare lock, which means my toddler is always fiddling with the control pad. Miele smartphone app to hook machine up to your wifi network is also utter trash - just don't bother. All in though, a great buy and a decent investment. Bought a Miele dryer second-hand and I'm going to stack the two of them. Miele all the way!
