The EK-Quantum Momentum ROG Crosshair VIII Hero D-RGB is made from high-purity copper and additionally nickel-plated, allowing for excellent thermal conductivity. This ensures that the CPU and voltage regulators remain within a safe temperature range even under overclocked conditions. The cover is made of transparent acrylic glass, providing a view of the flowing coolant. It connects to the water loop via two G1/4-inch threads. The integrated addressable RGB lighting ensures suitable illumination. Connected to the motherboard via a 3-pin RGB connector (5VDG, 5V), it can be synchronized with the rest of the setup using ASUS Aura Sync software.
