The Mitica Top is Bezzera's flagship model in the realm of semi-professional espresso machines. It features a classic and timeless design and is suitable for both tank and direct water operation. Users benefit from the quality of a machine with a rotary pump, even if they do not wish to connect it to a fixed water supply. Thanks to the rotary pump, pressure build-up is extremely fast, and the pump noise is very quiet. The professional pressure switch for constant pressure monitoring is another highlight of this machine. Additionally, the perfect tuning of the device is noteworthy. The 2-liter boiler provides ample steam power for frothing milk. This machine competes with any dual boiler device. The PID module allows for individual regulation of the coffee brewing and steam temperatures. The temperature is displayed on a screen and can be set by the user for coffee between 80 °C and 100 °C, and for steam between 100 °C and 120 °C. This way, users can individually adjust the temperature of the brew group to match the coffee roast being used.
