This Chinese dog has more iPhones than we have in stock

The iPhone 7 Plus is a bestseller. We never have the devices lying around for more than a few hours. Anyone who owns one in Switzerland is lucky. In China, a dog is therefore very lucky.
Coco is a husky. She is the pet of Wang Sicong, the 28-year-old son of Chinese property tycoon Wang Jianlin, and she wants for nothing. She is a star on the Chinese social media platform Sina Weibo and is always at the forefront of technology.
A few days ago, Wang Sicong - a so-called 富二代 or Fùèrdài, a member of the second generation of the rich - posted a new picture of Coco. Coco is the proud owner of eight iPhone 7 Plus. This is the perfect number, as eight is a lucky number in Chinese culture.

The new devices from Apple are also very popular in this country, but probably more with us two-legged friends. The devices are regularly delivered to us new, but we don't have them in stock for long. Every iPhone 7 - regardless of the colour or model - is delivered to digitec customers immediately.
The Chinese are annoyed by Wang Sicong's action. Wang Sicong already angered people a few years ago when he bought Coco two Apple Watches. This was despite the fact that many less well-heeled Chinese were desperate for one of the devices. It should be no different with the iPhone 7 Plus.
Despite the wealth, it doesn't look as if Coco has received a device in the new, exclusive Jet Black colour, as the device is still the least and most sought-after iPhone of the current generation. This apparently annoys the husky lady, as the following image shows a shocking act of vandalism.
