Cooperative: CUT-1E helps wherever it’s needed
by Tobias Billeter
Dr. Sanity Affaire completes our quartet of heroes. She encourages autonomy and is the voice of reason. And her role shouldn't be underestimated. Because things can get pretty emotional and impulsive with El Capitán and Gaz around.
Camembert, baguette and rosé – there's no question that French-born Dr. Sanity Affaire certainly knows her way around these specialities. But be warned: reducing the rational scientist to these clichés fails to acknowledge her true abilities. The empiricist is quite something and the disciplined, self-critical crew member has become indispensable.
While French cuisine is steeped in tradition, e-commerce lacks proven recipes in many ways. Passiveness doesn't work. Taking an organised, determined approach to challenges is what Dr. Sanity Affaire is all about. Instead of waiting for instructions, she tackles complex projects bravely, unafraid of making mistakes and learning from them. As a Frenchwoman, she has revolution in her blood, so she knows that autonomy is a duty as well as an opportunity. Everyone has to take responsibility for their own decisions and actions.
Dr. Sanity Affaire is definitely no spoilsport. Where our squad of company heroes is impulsive and rash, she invokes reason. We can only act autonomously in e-commerce if we keep our guiding star in sight. Before we're rushed into a mistake, Dr. Sanity Affaire swiftly comes to our aid and gets us back on track.
Rather than pushing into the foreground and interfering, Dr. Sanity Affaire prefers to observe from the sidelines and step in if things get out of hand. But she operates entirely on the «do it yourself» principle. Her analytical talent helps colleagues to get exceptional ideas and groundbreaking solutions onto the home stretch. As a scientist, she can't hide her pride in these situations. The evidence has been proven once again: autonomy = energy + drive.
News aren’t enough for me – it’s the stories behind the news that capture my interest. Curiosity is my constant companion and the reason why I spend Saturday afternoons in my favourite café, eavesdropping on city stories while planning my next travel adventure and creating new event ideas. Zen meditation can wait.
