Smart monitors can be used as a screen or as a standalone smart TV. If you want a simple monitor with ergonomic adjustment options instead, an Essential model may be right for you.

If your screen is giving up the ghost or you're looking for something new, the new displays from Samsung could be something for you. Now available from us are three new models from the Smart Monitor series and two variants from the Essential series.

Smart monitors

Samsung's smart monitors work with the Tizen OS. You can install numerous apps such as Netflix, Apple TV, Disney+ and more and use your screen like a smart TV. Speakers are integrated. Cloud gaming is also possible - without connecting a computer. The screens also support Samsung SmartThings. This allows you to control and monitor compatible smart home devices, such as your robot vacuum cleaner.

M90F and M80F

The model with QD OLED technology offers a 32-inch screen diagonal and 4K resolution. The refresh rate is 165 hertz and the response speed is 0.03 milliseconds (grey-to-grey). It offers high colour accuracy with deep blacks and Pantone validation, AI-supported image and sound optimisation and an anti-reflective surface. A 4K camera is permanently installed in the upper frame.

The M80F is also 32 inches in size and uses a VA panel with 4K resolution and a refresh rate of 60 hertz. It features HDR10+, a detachable camera, Multi View, AirPlay, Workspace functions and an adjustable mount.

Both models offer USB-A and USB-C, HDMI and Wi-Fi, are VESA-compatible and designed for productive work and media use.

The device is equipped with an IPS panel that offers a resolution of 1920 × 1080 pixels. The refresh rate is 100 hertz. The monitor offers a pivot function, allowing it to be adjusted to different working positions. It is also height-adjustable and can be tilted and swivelled. It is VESA-compatible, which makes mounting on brackets easier. An EyeSaver mode and flicker-free technology are integrated to reduce eye strain.

With HDMI, DisplayPort, USB-A and USB-C, it is easy to connect. It also has a charging and data function. A LAN connection is also available. You won't find integrated speakers, a camera or a USB hub here. However, this monitor supports daisy chain. This means you can connect multiple screens together, but only connect one to your computer.
