The new Xbox is called Series X

The best games of the year are celebrated at the Game Awards. However, the event is also used to present new games and trailers. They usually steal the show from the winners. This year was no exception.
"Sekiro: Shadows Die Twice" is the best game of the year. At least that's what the jury decided at the Game Awards in Los Angeles. All categories and winners can be found here . For most viewers, however, the highlights of the show were probably not the awards, but the many new trailers. There were plenty of them again this year. Sony did not let itself down at the Game Awards and showed the first official game for the Playstation 5. "Godfall" is a third-person action game with a focus on close combat. It can be played in co-op and will also be released for PC at the end of 2020.
New video footage and an official date have been released for the new game from Sucker Punch. The makers of 'Infamous' explore feudal Japan in their visually stunning action game. It is set to be released for PS4 in summer 2020.

"Fast & Furious Crossroads" is to be a team-based action racing game centred around heists. In other words: a "Fast and the Furious" game. Vin Diesel, Michelle Rodriguez and Tyrese Gibson take on their well-known roles from the film series. It is being developed by Slightly Mad Studios, who proved with "Project Cars" that they are at least masters of the racing part. It is due to be released for PC and consoles in May.
"Ruined King" is the first game in the "League of Legends" universe that does not come from Riot Games itself. It is part of Riot's new publisher initiative called Riot Forge. "Ruined King" is a single-player game from developer Airship Syndicate, who have just released "Darksiders Genesis".
And another game from Riot Forge. "Conv/rgence" is an action platformer centred around the characters Ekko and Zaun. It is planned for PC and consoles.
In the trailer for "Nine to Five", you initially wonder whether this is a new title from the crazy Rabbids rabbits. But what follows is more reminiscent of a serious tactical shooter. There is currently no more information.
The survival horror game "The Forest" is getting a sequel. Once again, you will have to fight your way through creepy creatures that want to nibble at you with few resources.
