digitec plays "World of Warcraft Classic": Castle Shadowcatcher
Instances are still real challenges in "World of Warcraft Classic". Good coordination and teamwork are essential if you don't want to waste hours on numerous wipes. Ideal conditions for Simon and me when we storm Shadowfang Castle at 6pm today.
Castle Shadowfang is one of the first playable instances in "World of Warcraft". It is located in the Silver Forest in the Eastern Kingdom - I still struggle to remember the German names. Whether Shadowfang or Shadowfang, the castle was the logical destination for my Undead Warlock almost 15 years ago. That was my very first character in the original "World of Warcraft". The perfect instance to put our skills to the test.
Memories of the instance itself are hazy. I can remember a wolf boss and many wipes. To hopefully prevent that from happening this time, Simon and I asked the digitec Community for help. Let's see how many respond to the LFM call. A character level between 22 and 30 is recommended and the game will be played on Wednesday 6pm on the Transcendence server on the Horde side. Simon is a fat cow druid - sorry, I mean a Taurean? Taurine? - and I'm a Taurean hunter. So we still need a warrior, a real healer - Simon's Dutteldudu is definitely not enough for our troop - and a damage dealer. If you would like to help us, just write to us directly in the game. Being the game and gadget geek that I am, working at digitec and Galaxus makes me feel like a kid in a candy shop – but it does take its toll on my wallet.
