A new app suggests suitable shares based on your star sign. What could possibly go wrong?
The stock market is as predictable as the horoscopes in astrology. So why not combine the two? The creative agency MSCHF has programmed an app that does just that. "Bull & Moon" is its name and its service sounds promising. "Our proprietary financial astrology algorithm recommends an optimal portfolio of six stocks and shows your compatibility score with thousands of other securities." Let's give it a try.
After downloading "Bull & Moon", you simply enter your first name, date of birth and investment experience. The app then spits out your personalised shares. The interface is beautifully designed and very easy to use. One of my suggestions was Cisco Systems, which is rated as follows:
