A Tech Affair episode 158: Great cinema with "Barbie", "Oppenheimer" and "Mission: Impossible"

While filming has recently come to a complete standstill in Hollywood, cinemas are still packed with blockbusters. We discuss the three biggest films of the summer.
Hollywood is on strike. Luca knows why the actresses and scriptwriters are currently on strike.
Luckily, it will be a while before the consequences reach us. First, we're still enjoying the many blockbusters that are currently showing in cinemas. Simon is totally into the "Barbie" hype, even though he didn't expect it. He explains why the film is also worth seeing for non-fans. Luca is also enthusiastic about "Oppenheimer". He was particularly impressed by director Christopher Nolan's old-school cinematography without green screens and CGI. I feel exactly the same way about "Mission Impossible: Dead Reckoning Part One", the latest action hit with Tom Cruise - good popcorn cinema in its purest form.
In the games corner, Domi tries to convince us to finally use our Netflix subscription to play games - for example in the cosy mystery game "Oxenfree II". Things are more stressful but also fun in "Pikmin 4". Domi becomes a multitasking master there.

My fingerprint often changes so drastically that my MacBook doesn't recognise it anymore. The reason? If I'm not clinging to a monitor or camera, I'm probably clinging to a rockface by the tips of my fingers.
