Not only is the digitec Community active but also helpful and entertaining. Much has happened in these last few years. Here are just a few numbers to give you an idea of what’s been going on in 2018:

  • 62068 questions were asked last year. 20295 of which where IT-related.
  • 51182 answers were given by the Community. That’s including answers from our Community Representatives.
  • 6395 questions were asked in November alone. Black Friday and Cyber Monday had a lot to do with that.
  • 8173 questions were asked about mobile phones; closely followed by photo/video, which raised 7382 questions.
  • A mere 2 questions were asked in the category of postal scales.
  • The Community gave 84% of all answers within 7 hours.

Our current campaign features 57 Community contributions. From 18 March, our new TV spots and online videos round off the campaign. Theck out the TV spots in German:
