You really need to buy the Neo Airmouse as well or use some other form of remote control, trying to operate this box with the standard remote controller provided is hard/impossible.
The box would be more aesthetically pleasing without the aerial sticking out of one side and the dongle for the airmouse sticking out the other, both making what could otherwise be a clean box a little messy. On the up side, once the box is powered on you never need line of site again to use the airmouse so you could hide the box in a cupboard (the heat output is generally pretty low).
