Amazing monitor and amazing company!
About 2 1/2 years ago i purchased the same monitor from Digitec.ch and was instantly amazed by the monitor. That being said, after 2 1/2 years, my monitor broke, so i got a new one (same model). I asked digitec.ch if there was anything i could do with my old monitor and they would not change it. They offered me CHF20.- as a sorry, which is rather kind but we're speaking of a monitor which costs CHF359.- and i payed CHF425.- 2 1/2 years ago.
So i thought to myself "why not ask BenQ Support directly?". After showing then my recite and providing them with my serial number, they offered to fix my monitor for free (any damaged which i caused would not be free).
The process with BenQ was fast and done well. With BenQ, you can't go wrong!
