Puis-je connaître la température d'une pièce même si je ne suis pas dans la maison (donc pas connecté au même wifi) ? L'avis dit "accès depuis n'importe quel endroit de votre maison".

Non, cet appareil se connecte à votre appareil mobile par Bluetooth et n'est pas accessible par Internet.
Pour pouvoir lire la température via Internet, il faudrait le dispositif "Switchbot Hub 2".
