J'ai un programme (Smartscore X2) qui nécessite un scanner compatible TWAIN. Est-ce le cas ici ?

Oui, c'est disponible. Le manuel indique à ce sujet : "Windows : Le pilote TWAIN (ScanGear) est basé sur la spécification TWAIN 1.9 et nécessite le gestionnaire de sources de données fourni avec le système d'exploitation".

Un pilote TWAIN est disponible à ce qu'il semble, mais je ne l'ai pas essayé.
