With buying but do not think that you will know everything quickly
Scan quality is very good - preview and then scan makes life much easier - I have only been working on photos just to this point but I'm hoping that 35mm slides will also be good - the screen instructions are not especially clear and I will ned a lot more practice i'm sure to fully understand the capability of the product
