+ Very loud at upper volume

- Long update on ShurePlus PLAY app

- Only right sided earbud enabled for phone calls

- Not possible using left sided earbud when right side is charging/off

- Limited controls/buttons on earbuds, for example no volume up/down and no skip/rewind

- Not waterproof

- No auto power-on feature when putting earbud on

- No auto pause feature when taking earbud off
