Shame about the quality

It was just what I wanted coming up to winter, and worked well the first time I used it. But the second time I went to use it, several months later, it was dead. Ctek were no help. Galaxus gave me a refund (thank you). I checked to see if there is an internal fuse that could be replaced, but there isn't one.
